Two of My Favorite Parisian Boutiques {that i failed to mention while in paris: sandro & maje}

Hard to believe that these 2 fabulous Parisian boutiques have not yet made it to the States. But they are both more than deserving of a little American praise.

A relatively new brand to the Parisian chic scene, they are only 4 years old. Evelyne Chétrite is the entrepreneur and opened the first Sandro boutique on rue Vieille du Temple in the Marais.

There are now 60 boutiques around France, and a few in other countries. Check out their site:

While in my eyes, Maje and Sandro are extremely similar, Maje has a bohemian edge. Their pieces are trendy and fun.

The company was created in 2000 by Judith Milgrom, and continues to grow. I was lucky enough to be in Paris on the weekend of their stock sale. Let’s just say I didn’t walk out the door empty handed. Their website is
